Booked live lessons

More than 24 hours before the lesson: cancel for free in your account. The lesson goes back to your monthly balance and you can book another time.
Less than 24 hours before the lesson: the lesson counts as used.
If the teacher cancels or can’t hold the lesson, you get a makeup lesson that you can book within 30 days, even after your plan’s month ends.
Technical problems: if a connection problem on our side cuts a lesson short, we add the missing time to a future lesson.

The trial lesson costs $10 and is once per student. The same cancellation rules apply: more than 24 hours before the lesson you can cancel it for free and book another time, or ask us for a refund.
Less than 24 hours before the lesson, or if you don’t come, the trial lesson counts as given.

You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you already paid for.
Payments for a month or year that has started are not refunded, and unbooked lessons don’t carry over. If you live in the EU or the UK, see your right of withdrawal below.
If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will sort it out.

If you live in the EU or the UK, you can usually change your mind within 14 days of buying something online. This is how it works at Mitsling:

Premium (digital content): Premium opens the courses straight away. At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm that this ends your 14-day right of withdrawal for that period.
Trial lesson (a service): you can withdraw for a full refund until the lesson has taken place. At checkout you ask for the lesson at the time you choose, even within the 14 days, and confirm that you can’t withdraw once it has been given.
Live lesson plans (a service): you can withdraw within 14 days of buying a plan. If you asked for lessons to start within those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay for the lessons already given, at $12 each, and we refund the rest.
To withdraw, write to hello@mitsling.com within the 14 days; a short, clear message is enough. We refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used.

The first units of the A1 course are free, so there is nothing to refund.
